Our Helpline is the first step for getting support. It is your place for a nonjudgmental and confidential listening ear. We’re here for you.
Our Helpline is the front door to all of our other services. There are lots of resources out there, even though it may not feel like it. We can get you connected.

Emergency Resources

911: If you are afraid for your safety, call immediately.

National DV Hotline, 800-799-7233: For information and education on domestic and sexual violence, including safety planning.

Free rape exam: If you were sexually assaulted within the past five days, go to the Kalispell ER for an exam. A specially trained nurse will support you.
