My primary focus in the room is to make you feel seen and honored. I approach counseling from a relational perspective; our therapeutic relationship is the most important thing to create. When you can feel safe, trusting, seen, and honored, healing and change can begin. I seek to support my clients in experiencing this in their relationship with myself and how to find this with others.

We are a support group for women who would like to find healing from either current or past domestic abuse. We are faith based and meet at a local church one evening a week. We also offer Refuge kids to clients of the Refuge, and if the opportunity exists, we have Turning Point that meets on a different evening which is an intervention program for abusers.
