Jessica employs a holistic approach, utilizing somatic techniques to help women reconnect with their bodies and reduce resistance on their journey towards personal growth. Her focus is on women who often find themselves as the “do-it-allers,” tirelessly caring for others while neglecting their own well-being. Jessica understands that true resilience often arises from lived experiences, including trauma. However, the protective armor we build in survival mode can obscure our authentic selves. It’s been her privilege to empower people to create safety, improve self-concept, and transition from survival mode to becoming their authentic selves.

I strive to create a supportive environment where individuals can gain a deeper understanding of their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. Trauma has a significant impact on how one views themselves, their relationships, and the world, sometimes leading to potentially harmful coping techniques. I work with adults (18+) to navigate life stressors by learning healthy coping strategies and prioritizing self-care. I want to help you rise from a dark place into the light and help you realize that you are worth it. You deserve to be heard, to heal, and to achieve the growth you desire.
