It’s okay to have questions.

Sometimes something just feels off. You’re not sure if you’re in an abusive relationship, or maybe you’re concerned about a loved one who might be in a controlling relationship. Sometimes the things we want to be black and white feel gray. Asking hard questions - and hearing the honest answer - is a good place to start.

Ask yourself:

AM I IN AN ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIP?

The signs of domestic violence can be hard to spot.

HOW CAN I SUPPORT SOMEONE WHO IS?

Keep reaching out and don’t give up.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I'VE BEEN SEXUALLY ASSAULTED?

You are not alone, and there are resources to help you find your way through.
